Job summary

Lendable is seeking a Commercial Partnerships Associate to join the Growth team, focusing on Zable products on price comparison sites. You’ll drive partner relationships, analytics, and GTM motions to accelerate customer acquisition.

You don’t need prior partnerships experience; curiosity, numeracy, and collaboration with Product, Data and Credit teams are valued as you take ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in a commercial, consultancy, partnerships, analytic, business development, or account management role
• Numerate and proficient at manipulating and visualising data
• Strong communicator able to represent the company externally
• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and outputs
• Outcome-driven with ability to prioritise and own projects

Responsibilities

• Own the launch of Zable car insurance and mobile on price comparison sites from conversations to go-live
• Track channel performance: volume, conversion and CAC at partner level
• Manage partner relationships with strategic and day-to-day activity
• Prepare analyses to inform commercial decisions with clear viewpoints
• Negotiate customer acquisition costs and commissions with key partners
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Pricing, Data and Compliance
• Monitor mobile & insurance partner markets and share insights
• progressively own strategy and execution of partner projects
