Kooth Digital Health is seeking a Commercial Operations Associate to support tender capture, forecasting and responses. You’ll coordinate cross-functional inputs from Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal and Delivery to meet deadlines and maintain dashboards.

The role is ideal for an early-career commercial professional with strong organisation, learning ability and a willingness to own projects. Hybrid working and a supportive team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced operational, commercial, sales or coordination roles.
• Comfort with procurement, tendering or commercial processes, ideally in public sector/NHS.
• Strong written and verbal communication, plus stakeholder engagement.
• Degree or equivalent work experience is acceptable.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Tender capture, forecasting and dashboard upkeep to aid bid decisions.
• Coordinate high-quality, compliant tender proposals under tight deadlines.
• Monitor tender opportunities and coordinate communications with stakeholders.
• Support market engagement and RFIs, translating insights into responses.
• Manage tender portals and frameworks, ensuring compliance and reporting.
• Provide research and analytics to support commercial leadership.
