This junior role offers exposure across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal and Delivery, focusing on coordinating tender responses, dashboards and supplier engagements. You will learn quickly, manage competing priorities and contribute to a growing digital mental health service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced operational, commercial or coordination environment is helpful.
• Ability to learn quickly, stay organised and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Tender capture & forecasting: maintain dashboards and coordinate updates.
• Tender response coordination: develop compliant proposals under tight deadlines.
• Tender opportunity review: monitor opportunities and manage intake and processes.
• Market engagement & RFIs: assist with market research and documentation.
• Systems & portals: manage CRM (Salesforce) and tender portals ensuring data accuracy.
• Research & commercial support: provide analysis to support leadership and events.
