Base pay range

This is a full-time, permanent role, available remotely across the UK with occasional travel to our Head Office in Cornwall. Cornwall-based candidates will work at Head Office with a hybrid approach.

As a Commercial Operations Project Manager, you will manage the end-to-end implementation of operational initiatives, improve existing practices, and drive efficiency to meet business targets. You will develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating stakeholders and managing deliverables of wholesale processes from product creation to end of life, ensuring smooth execution across functions.
• Supporting operational onboarding of new partner initiatives, ensuring accurate, timely, and complete delivery of product data and stock.
• Analyzing and documenting end-to-end operational processes, identifying interdependencies and opportunities for optimization, and creating process maps and workflows.
• Monitoring project progress, proactively identifying risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and providing feedback to senior management for continuous improvement.

Skills and experience required:

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C or above.
• Project management qualification (desirable).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst, preferably in retail or related fields.
• Ability to lead meetings with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Stakeholder management experience at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) (desirable).
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills.
• Data analysis skills for operational and financial improvements.
• Authority, credibility, and integrity to influence at all levels, including external contacts.
• Experience with Monday.com, MS Project, Visio (desirable).
