Job summary

Entourage is a fast-growing B2B marketing agency partnering with leading enterprise brands. This role sits at the center of the business, working closely with the CEO, sales, client services and delivery teams to own the commercial and operational process from brief through to project mobilisation.

You will scope opportunities, build pricing, prepare proposals, and manage contractual documentation to ensure projects are commercially sound and ready for delivery.

Qualifications

• Essential: strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent Excel and financial modelling capability.
• Experience preparing commercial proposals and scopes of work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the scoping and pricing of client opportunities.
• Translate client briefs into structured, costed solutions.
• Build project budgets, resource plans and commercial models.
• Review and approve Statements of Work (SoWs).
• Coordinate client contracts, MSAs and work orders.
• Own the transition from sales to delivery and ensure handovers.
