WEC Group Limited seeks a Commercial Operations Manager to lead a 40+ person business unit at Sherburn in Elmet. You will own the P&L, drive profitable growth and implement efficiency improvements while building strong customer relationships.

You will report to the MD and shape long-term strategy with autonomy in a fast-paced engineering environment. A profit share, healthcare and pension benefits accompany the role.

What You'll Be Doing

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll take full operational and commercial responsibility for a 40+ person business unit.
