Job summary

St Leonards School is seeking a Commercial Enterprise Assistant to help organise holiday activity camps and after-school care, support commercial lettings, and drive the enterprise portfolio in the St Andrews campus. You’ll assist with staff recruitment, bookings, and safeguarding compliance as part of a dynamic commercial team.

The role emphasizes entrepreneurial activity, coordinating with the Commercial Enterprise Manager, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across term and holiday

Responsibilities

• Assist with organising and facilitating school-run holiday activity camps, after school care and commercial lettings.
• Assist with sourcing staff to support activity clubs and after school care.
• Provide administrative support and help manage bookings on commercial booking systems.
• Ensure safety and safeguarding training is completed and PVG checks are in place.
• Coordinate with Finance Department on communications and data collection in compliance with GDPR.
