Commercial manager / Quantity Surveyor – East London – £50,000 Plus Package

A Commercial Manager is urgently required to work for a swanky office interior fit out main contractor in East London.

There are multiple blue chip projects in the running for this successful main contractor with the projects valuing up to £5m.

The purpose of this role

• Managing the financial aspects of the project carried out by the contractors.
• Ensuring that general quantity surveying roles are preformed to the highest standard.
• Making sure the company’s way of work is learnt and followed and put into your daily work routine.
• Acting in a professional working manner in everything you’re doing to make sure the company’s reputation is kept at the high level that it is at.

Ideal candidate

• 5 years’ experience.
• BSc degree in quantity surveyor or in a similar commercial degree.
• Good data skills.
• Line management skills is desirable.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft office including excel, access and wanting an extended knowledge of software packages.
• Strong Quantity Surveyor track record experience.
• Valid driving licence is desirable.
• CSCS card at an appropriate level.
