Bovis in Cirencester is seeking a Commercial Manager (Quantity Surveyor) to lead the project's commercial activities on a major MoD contract. You will manage procurement, contract administration and reporting with a focus on value for money and risk management.

The role requires strong leadership, NEC/JCT knowledge, and experience with large-scale builds. You will liaise with client teams, manage changes, cashflows and forecasts while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualificações

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction field.
• CSCS card.
• Professional construction qualifications or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Procurement of project in accordance with strategy and authority.
• Liaise with Client team per contract terms.
• Manage supply chain relationships for procurement.
• Implement commercial, legal, insurance and risk controls.
• Prepare interim payments, cashflows and final accounts.
• Ensure project is delivered safely, on time and within targets.
