Job summary

Bovis is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to lead procurement on a major Gloucester project. You will ensure full scope, best value purchasing, and proper contracting within the project limits, while liaising with the Client team to maintain alignment with contract terms and delivery goals.

You will manage supply chain relationships, oversee commercial and risk controls, and deliver accurate interim payments, cashflow reporting and final accounts as part of a robust project controls regime.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required.
• Professional construction qualifications or relevant experience.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction degree.

Responsibilities

• Procure project per approved strategy: scoping, value, contracts within authority limits.
• Liaise with Client team per contract.
• Manage supply chain relationships for consistent procurement approach.
• Oversee commercial, legal, insurance and risk controls for the project.
• Maintain project controls (OLi, PMTR/PID) and contract administration.
