Bovis is recruiting a Commercial Manager (Quantity Surveyor) for a major MoD project in Cirencester, Gloucestershire. You will lead commercial activities, including procurement, subcontracting, and contract administration, ensuring value and project success.

Essential credentials include a CSCS card and a degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, plus professional qualifications. The role requires senior-level procurement, cost management, and leadership across the project teams.

Formación

• CSCS card required for the role.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction field.
• Professional construction qualifications or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Procure the project per strategy, ensuring full scope and best value.
• Liaise with Client team per contract and manage supply chain relationships.
• Implement and manage commercial, legal, insurance and risk controls.
• Produce interim payments, cashflows, and final accounting.
• Ensure project delivery is safe, timely, and aligned with client expectations.
