A leading Facilities Management provider is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee a portfolio of PFI projects in the UK. This role requires strong commercial skills and experience with PFI project phases. Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Construction/FM or extensive senior-level experience.
• Strong understanding of PFI projects in operational phase.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations (IOSH Managing Safely or higher).

Responsibilities

• Provide full commercial management services across a portfolio of PFI projects.
• Monitor and drive performance of service providers.
• Prepare Board reports and liaise with senior stakeholders.
