Job summary

Arguile is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to oversee a portfolio of healthcare PFI contracts across Worcester, Bristol and Oxford. The role focuses on post-contract commercial management, dispute resolution and safeguarding the company's commercial position.

You will own contract governance, manage client relationships and work with operational and senior teams to deliver reliable financial outcomes, while navigating complex contractual relationships.

Qualifications

• Post-contract and contract management experience in complex commercial environments.
• Experience within PFI projects or healthcare and infrastructure.
• Ability to manage disputes, claims and commercial issues.
• Strong negotiation and relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of a contract portfolio.

Senior Commercial Manager – Healthcare PFI

Location: Worcester / Bristol / Oxford

Salary: Up to £80,000 (DOE) + package

About the Role

We are working with a leading organisation looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Manager to support a portfolio of healthcare PFI contracts across Worcester, Bristol and Oxford.

This is a senior, post-contract focused role suited to an experienced Commercial Manager who is comfortable managing complex contractual relationships, challenging customers and commercial disputes.

The Role

You will take ownership of the commercial management of established PFI contracts, ensuring contractual obligations are understood, managed and delivered while protecting the commercial position of the business.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the commercial aspects of healthcare PFI contracts post-award
• Managing contractual disputes, claims, variations and commercial issues
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Reviewing contractual obligations, risks and opportunities

About You

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager with strong post-contract and contract management experience.

Ideally, you will have:

• Experience working within a PFI environment
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Experience managing disputes, claims and challenging contractual situations
• Confidence dealing with demanding customers and senior stakeholders
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of a contract portfolioli>
• Experience within healthcare, FM, infrastructure or a similar environment would be advantageous
