Job summary

Sizewell C is seeking a Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial administration of one or more SZC contracts, acting as the primary commercial contact and ensuring delivery in line with SZC governance.

You will manage essential site service contracts (catering, accommodation, FM, PPE), lead the team, handle payments, variations and close-out, and work with stakeholders across Nuclear New Build to maximise value and minimise risk.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial management of large contracts.
• Familiarity with NEC Term Service Contracts and Cemar/SAP tools.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of commercial professionals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial administration of one or more SZC contracts, pre- and post-contract.
• Act as primary commercial contact across SZC teams and stakeholders.
• Manage site service contracts (catering, accommodation, FM, PPE) and ensure governance compliance.
• Lead payment applications, variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Drive commercial close-out and value delivery while minimising risk.
