Monroe International is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead commercial activities within integrated delivery teams for high-value civil engineering and infrastructure contracts in the UK. The role includes governance, NEC contract administration, and ensuring value for money across major capital packages.

You will work with tier-1 contractors and supply chains, manage pre-contract procurement and post-contract commercial management, and mentor a team of Commercial Managers and Contract

Formación

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or Civil Engineering.
• RICS membership (or working towards) is highly desirable.
• Experience in major infrastructure projects and governance frameworks.
• Experience with NEC contract administration.

Responsabilidades

• Pre-Contract & Procurement: Develop commercial Works Information, align contract documentation with procurement plans, and ensure cross-functional scope integrity.
• Post-Contract & Commercial Management: Administer NEC3/NEC4 obligations, evaluate variations, and input key commercial metrics into reports.
• Leadership, Governance & Risk Control: Direct and mentor commercial staff, drive governance approvals, lead cost estimating reviews, and foster collaboration with contractors.
