Monroe International in Greater London is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead and assure commercial activities within integrated delivery teams across high-value civil engineering and infrastructure contracts. Working directly with tier-1 contractors and supply chains, the role provides commercial governance and NEC contract administration to deliver long-term value.

You will shape commercial strategy, manage cost control, risk, and value engineering, mentor junior staff, and ensure strong

Formación

• Major infrastructure background: complex civil engineering/project delivery with governance experience.
• Public sector governance & procurement exposure.
• In-depth NEC contract administration experience includingEarly warnings, variations, payments.
• Team leadership: developing capability of commercial professionals.
• Cost control, estimating, cash flow forecasting, risk management.
• Commercial strategy development, negotiation, dispute resolution, supply chain management.
• Excellent communication across multidisciplinary delivery teams and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop commercial Works Information, align with procurement plans and ensure scope integrity.
• Administer NEC3/NEC4 contracts, evaluate variations and payments.
• Lead cost estimating reviews and input key metrics into monthly dashboards.
• Direct and mentor commercial staff and manage governance approvals for project changes and risk drawdowns.
