Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (fixed)

The role: We are seeking a Regional Commercial Manager to join our International team and help us accelerate growth in the DACH & Benelux regions. This high-impact role involves winning and growing strategic accounts and leading a team of Account Managers. You will focus on scaling our commercial presence, building long-term partnerships, and collaborating with various teams across the company.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Leading the commercial strategy for the Germanic region, focusing on new business acquisition and revenue growth.
  2. Managing and developing a team of Account Managers.
  3. Building and maintaining a portfolio of high-value clients.
  4. Researching and targeting new market segments.
  5. Documenting sales trends and customer feedback.
  6. Owning the P&L for the region and meeting growth targets.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Proven experience in a commercial or business development role, preferably in tech, media, or recruitment.
  • Experience in managing strategic accounts and leading teams.
  • Analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
  • A proactive attitude and a growth mindset.
