Job summary

This role requires extensive NEC3/4 experience, senior leadership, and a proven track record in managing commercial performance on complex civil engineering and construction projects.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in managing the commercial performance of projects.
• Strong understanding of NEC3/4 contract forms.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage NEC3/4 and bespoke contracts across multiple projects.
• Lead the Commercial Team to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Identify and notify Early Warnings and Compensation Events.
• Oversee supply chain contracts and invoicing processes.
• Provide accurate cash flow forecasts and monitor financial performance.
• Establish and manage monthly project reviews and ensure alignment with plans.
