Job summary

ISS Facility Services UK is seeking a Commercial Manager to take ownership of the commercial stewardship of a major NEC4 facilities management contract valued at around £110 million annually.

You will lead contract administration, manage change processes, monitor financial performance, and implement robust reporting using Fast Draft. Strong NEC4 knowledge and stakeholder engagement are essential to drive improvements and ensure governance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial management of NEC4 facilities contracts.
• Strong governance, compliance and performance management.
• Data-driven reporting and commercial notice handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management and administration of the NEC4 client account.
• Develop and control commercial processes in line with governance.
• Manage contract documentation, notices, change requests and claims.
