You’ll handle large-scale schemes (£1.5m–£10m) across the NW and Yorkshire, with leadership of surveyors and estimators and potential to advance into a broader group role.

Being a CommercialManager withint he drylining industry is exceptionally niche.

Like, there are about 10 of you in the North of England niche.

So hopefully you're one of them - or looking to take a stepup to become one - because I've got an opportunity that could lead to much more than just commercial management.

The drylinign contractor I'm workign with are growing int heNorth West and as such their CM is taking the hot seat at group level, leaving a role that can grow into it's own CD role at this level.

You're looking at mainly large scalecommercial schemes worth anything from £1.5m to £10m, across the NW and Yorkshire.

You'll be directly responsible for the commercial team, including surveyors and estimators, with a view to growing and metoring the department as the business grows.

Ideally need drylinign knowledge (that's a big ideally) but if you're SFS or Joinery lets have a chat.
