To ensure that all pre and post-contract commercial and contractual activities are carried out in a professional manner and in accordance with company procedures and strategies. Implement and manage procedures to ensure that contracts are controlled and managed to deliver the agreed contract margins and cash projections, whilst mitigating business risk and commercial exposure. To manage the tendering process and to act as the formal point of focus for all enquiries received by the business and all tenders issued by the business. To ensure that all tenders are prepared, reviewed and issued in a timely and professional manner and in the best commercial interests of the business. To support sales and marketing activities of the business.
