Job Description

We seek a skilled Manager to lead our growth team, providing data-driven insights and strategic analysis to support business decisions and growth. The role requires a strong background in financial analysis, market trends, and commercial strategy, with excellent communication skills for engaging senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership & Team Building
    • Identify capabilities and talent needed to build a best-in-class function
    • Develop cross-service and cross-geography relationships, leveraging existing expertise
    • Deploy resources efficiently to execute strategies
  2. Financial Analysis & Reporting
    • Lead financial modeling and analysis aligned with strategic goals
    • Maintain financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking tools
    • Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  3. Market & Competitive Analysis
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
    • Analyze performance across units, regions, or products
    • Support new market identification and expansion efforts
  4. Strategic Business Support
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing to provide actionable insights
    • Develop pricing, product, and sales strategy recommendations
    • Support initiatives to drive revenue and profitability
  5. Stakeholder Communication
    • Present complex data clearly to senior management
    • Prepare impactful presentations on business insights, risks, and opportunities
    • Build collaborative relationships internally and externally
  6. Continuous Improvement
    • Drive process improvements in analysis and reporting
    • Utilize technology and analytics tools to automate and enhance decision-making
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Economics, or related; MBA or certifications like CFA/CMA preferred
  • 7-10+ years in commercial/financial analysis and team building
  • Proven experience working with senior leadership on strategic decisions
  • Advanced skills in Excel, financial modeling, SQL, Tableau, Power BI
  • Strong grasp of financial statements, KPIs, pricing, and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with AI tools for productivity is a plus
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in professional services, SaaS, workflow management
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, and BI software
