Commercial Manager required ASAP for 25m Mayfair super prime residential project

I have an urgent requirement for a Commercial Manager on a luxurious residential project in Mayfair, London.

This is a Lead role with a duration of two years, involving direct interaction with the end client and subcontractors.

The position is based both on-site and at the client's office in the West End.

The client is an international contractor, part of a group with a global turnover of approximately £500 million.

The ideal candidate will have a contracting background, experience managing projects and teams up to or exceeding £25 million, and familiarity with both main contractor and subcontractor roles.

There is potential for career progression to Senior Commercial Manager or Commercial Director within the group.

The role is offered on a freelance (Outside IR35 / Limited Company), temp-to-perm, or permanent basis.
