Project Olympus: P6 Planning Ltd partnership for a 210 MW capacity project starting December 2024, located in Greenwich, London, UK. P6 Planning Ltd has been awarded to work on UK's largest data center, the flagship campus in East London’s Royal Docks, with a 210 Mega watt capacity.

We’re seeking a seasoned Commercial Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving commercial strategies, client relationships, and contract management that align with our vision of continuous growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to optimize profitability and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Lead contract negotiations, manage bids, and monitor contract compliance throughout project lifecycles.
  • Analyze market trends to inform competitive pricing and service delivery strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and senior leadership on budget forecasts, financial reporting, and risk assessment.
  • Strengthen client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Oversee cost controls, project margins, and other financial aspects to ensure project viability.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, project management, P6 Primavera, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial management within the construction, engineering, or project planning sectors.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a track record of successful contract management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in commercial planning and financial forecasting software.
