Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Negotiation and administration of JCT, NEC, and design contracts, including modifications.
2. Managing dispute resolution phases of projects, applying knowledge of construction law.
3. Leading and developing the Quantity Surveyor team on all subcontract transactional tasks.
4. Evaluating scope and pricing of tenders to ensure fully defined submissions.
5. Maintaining full financial P&L oversight of contracting projects.
6. Supporting senior team assessments for contract closure.
7. Overseeing all orders with subcontractors and business partners.
8. Preparing and negotiating final account settlements.
9. Applying commercial and financial procedures and reporting systems.
10. Producing reports for senior management and UK Board.
