Job summary

Eden Brown is recruiting a Commercial Manager in Central London to lead the post-contract commercial performance on multiple fit-out projects. The role focuses on delivering financial discipline and value across a portfolio, with close collaboration with operations and delivery teams.

You will oversee subcontractor procurement, variations, cash flow and final accounts, driving profitability and contract performance while maintaining strong client and partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager in fit out, interiors or design & build construction.
• Strong post-contract commercial management experience.
• Good contractual knowledge and understanding of JCT forms of contract.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree qualified or equivalent preferred.

An established and highly respected workplace design and fit out specialist is looking to appoint a commercially focused Commercial Manager to strengthen its London team. Renowned for delivering high-quality CAT A, CAT B and design & build workplace projects for leading occupiers and landlords, the business has built a strong reputation for innovation, collaboration and exceptional project delivery across the commercial office sector.

This is a predominantly post-contract commercial management role, ideal for an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step or an established Commercial Manager seeking greater responsibility within a dynamic and growing business.

The Role

Working closely with Operational and Project Delivery teams, you will take ownership of the commercial performance of multiple fit out projects from contract award through to final account.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing project costs and commercial performance across a portfolio of fit out schemes

• Variations, change control and contract administration
• Forecasting, reporting and cash flow management
