We want to hear from ambitious and highly-driven people with a track record of success across the commercial lifecycle (pre-procurement, procurement, contract management and expiry), to join our team.
Curshaw Commercial is a specialist consultancy advising both the public sector, and infrastructure funds with £40bn+ of assets under management, on how to meet the biggest UK infrastructure challenges in a market with a value of over £290bn. Our focus is contract compliance, operational service improvement and efficient, effective and equitable (E3) handback of state critical assets like hospitals and schools.
We are also heavily involved in the renewal of Public Private Partnerships in the context of the UK infrastructure deficit, HM Treasury’s 10 year infrastructure strategy and the government’s ambition to rebuild Britain and achieve the highest economic growth rate in the G7.
We are looking for ambitious commercial professionals to join the team, based in Chancery House in central London, and help us develop industry solutions to address public policy challenges, providing expert advice on the latest major infrastructure market insight.

Working at the intersection between public and private, Curshaw Commercial’s goal is to create and manage engagements that deliver equitable outcomes for all - customers, providers and citizens. Contracts are rarely more complex than those between the public and private sector given the criticality of the services they provide for. Public private partnerships, many now approaching mid-life or beyond, are particularly sophisticated and lengthy and if left to fail the outcome can impact us all.
Our unique approach to mid-life contract management, as well as preparation and delivery of handback and expiry, not only gets projects back on track, where they need bringing back on track, but ensures they remain there, and ultimately that they deliver an outcome that satisfies all parties involved.
We purposefully work with our clients to provide them with self-sustaining capabilities. Working at senior executive level, we help accurately define and deliver their critical commercial priorities, whilst managing execution and risk with our proprietary tools and data technologies. Our clients include funds, project owners and directors and contracting authorities. Our unique RPD (Review and Reset, Prepare, Deliver) approach enables course correction at any point in the contract lifecycle. It also creates an effective handback strategy and process to ensure contracting authorities are well set up to ensure value continues to be delivered past contract expiry.
Our team is comprised of experienced public sector commercial and operational expertise, as well consulting, accountancy, real estate and major infrastructure experts. We are known for our E3 Approach (Efficient, Effective and Equitable) to resolving issues under our client’s contracts, and our team has had notable and award winning success.
