The Commercial Manager will manage and ensure a high-quality service for external lets, including non-term time residential lets, and develop new lettings opportunities where possible. This role will have administrative support.

The successful candidate will possess commercial acumen, outstanding interpersonal skills, and demonstrable financial skills, including budgeting, financial control, and procurement. The ability to work flexibly is essential.
This is a full-time, full-year position, but part-time consideration may be given.
