Overview

NRL’s client is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead all commercial activities on the £120M enabling works package of a £6Bn regeneration project. You will manage a regional commercial team in Enfield London, oversee procurement and supply chain engagement, and drive financial performance across this flagship infrastructure project.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all commercial activities on the project and ensure alignment with programme milestones and budget.
  • Manage the regional commercial team and provide leadership across procurement, contract administration, and commercial governance.
  • Oversee procurement strategies, supplier engagement, contract administration, valuations, and final accounts.
  • Monitor financial performance, risk, and opportunity management to optimise project value.
Qualifications
  • Formal qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
  • Proven experience managing commercial functions on large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts (essential)
  • Track record of leading teams and overseeing procurement, valuations, and final accounts
  • Chartered status (RICS/ICES/CICES) or working towards chartership
