TSR Legal represents a leading regional law firm based in Bristol seeking a Solicitor to join their Dispute Resolution team on either a full or part-time basis.

Oversee a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, providing strategic advice to a broad range of clients including businesses, landowners, farmers, charities and individuals. Work with senior lawyers to grow the department and deliver commercially sound outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year PQE in commercial litigation with a proven track record across sectors.
• Strong negotiation, mediation and advocacy skills with pragmatic, commercial advice.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and building strong client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters including disputes across sectors.
• Provide strategic legal advice to businesses, landowners, farmers, charities and individuals.
• Negotiate and mediate to resolve disputes where possible, and pursue advocacy in court when needed.
• Collaborate with Head of Dispute Resolution and other team members to grow the department.
