Job summary

TSR Legal is seeking a Solicitor to join its Dispute Resolution team in Bristol on a full-time basis. You will manage a diverse commercial litigation caseload across sectors, delivering pragmatic, commercially minded advice to businesses, landowners, and individuals.

The role requires at least 1 year PQE in commercial litigation, strong negotiation and advocacy skills, and a commitment to exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year PQE in commercial litigation with a proven track record.
• Strong negotiation, mediation and advocacy skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters.
• Provide strategic, commercially aware advice to clients.
• Negotiate and mediate to resolve disputes where appropriate.
• Collaborate with the Dispute Resolution team to grow the department.
