Job summary

TSR Legal is recruiting for a Solicitor to join a leading regional law firm’s Dispute Resolution team in Bristol. The role allows either full- or part-time arrangements, offering exposure to a broad commercial litigation practice across various sectors.

You will manage a diverse caseload, provide strategic advice to clients ranging from businesses to landowners, and contribute to growing the department in a collaborative, client-focused firm.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in commercial litigation, with a proven track record of handling complex disputes across various sectors.
• Strong negotiation, mediation, and advocacy skills, with the ability to provide pragmatic and commercially sound legal advice.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional client service, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, including partnership and shareholder disputes, construction disputes, property litigation, contentious probate, and agricultural disputes.
• Provide strategic legal advice to a broad range of clients, including businesses, landowners, farmers, charities, and individuals
• Negotiation and mediation skills to resolve disputes amicably when appropriate, while also being prepared to vigorously pursue or defend matters through litigation.
• Work closely with the Head of Dispute Resolution and other team members to develop and grow the department, contributing to the firm's overall success.

TSR Legal are currently representing a leading regional law firm based in Bristol who are seeking a Solicitor to join our dynamic Dispute Resolution team on either a full or part-time basis.
