An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join one of the leading firms across East Anglia. This Commercial Litigation team and Dispute Resolution offering are looking to grow with the addition of a mid-level Associate into the commercial litigation team in Ipswich.

The commercial litigation team is one of the largest in East Anglia, with recognised individuals across all its offices. They work with a diverse range of clients including high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, SMEs, listed companies, and multinationals. The work includes a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, such as litigation in the High Court and Court of Appeal, as well as some international arbitration.

The successful candidate will:

• Be ideally between 2 and 6 years PQE
• Have experience in commercial business disputes, including shareholders and contract disputes
• Be motivated to conduct business development locally and nationally
