• Our client, a Scottish firm, is seeking a qualified solicitor experienced in contentious construction to join its busy Glasgow team. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of contentious construction matters, including advising on contracts, disputes, and recoveries, acting for clients such as professional consultants, employers, contractors, and local authorities. Requirements include being a qualified solicitor with 1-5 years’ PQE and experience in construction and/or property law, construction insurance litigation, or commercial construction.

• Pensions Solicitor – Edinburgh (Assignment 16297)
• Our client, a UK law firm, is recruiting a Pensions Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE and knowledge of pension law and corporate transactional experience.
