Realm Recruit is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a growing Dispute Resolution team in the East Midlands. You will manage a varied caseload, work with regional and national firms, and have a clear path toward leadership roles within the firm.
The role offers hybrid working, a supportive culture, and the potential for immediate Directorship or progression to Shareholder as the department expands.
Are you an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor looking for greater autonomy, quality disputes and the opportunity to influence a growing department?
This established regional law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding Dispute Resolution team and play a key role in its continued development.
You'll manage a varied caseload of complex commercial disputes, working independently on matters involving regional and national firms.
The litigation department has grown from approximately £300,000 to £800,000 in annual turnover, with ambitions to exceed £1 million. You'll join at an exciting stage, strengthening the team's senior capability and contributing to future growth.
This is more than a fee-earning role. You'll build professional relationships, develop new work and have the opportunity to take a leading role in expanding the firm's litigation offering.
For the right candidate, Directorship could be available immediately, with a genuine longer-term pathway towards Shareholder status.
You'll also enjoy a friendly, down-to-earth culture, experienced colleagues, strong support staff and modern systems, without the corporate feel of a national practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor seeking quality work, meaningful influence and a clear route towards senior leadership.
If you're ready to help shape a growing department while developing your own career, this could be the ideal next step.
