Job summary

Oculus Legal Group in Hertfordshire is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding Dispute Resolution team. You will handle a varied commercial disputes caseload with autonomy and the support of experienced partners, building strong client relationships and delivering quality work.

You will work closely with businesses and individuals, taking responsibility for matters while benefiting from a collaborative, flexible hybrid working environment and ongoing opportunities for

An established and ambitious Hertfordshire law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Dispute Resolution team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded litigator looking for greater responsibility, quality work and the chance to build strong client relationships within a collaborative and supportive team.

You'll work with businesses, business owners and individuals across a varied commercial disputes caseload, with the autonomy to manage matters and the support to continue developing your technical expertise.

The work includes:

• Contractual and commercial disputes
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Professional negligence claims
• Debt recovery and enforcement
• Injunctive relief applications
• Commercial property-related disputes
• Wider business litigation
