A regional commercial law firm in the UK is seeking an experienced litigator to join its highly-regarded practice. This role emphasizes client interaction and offers the chance to handle various disputes including shareholder and contract breaches. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a solid litigation track record, eager to take on more responsibility within a supportive environment. Qualifications

• Experience dealing with disputes, including shareholder disputes and breaches of contract.

Role & You

An experienced litigator, you will have a strong track record of dealing with disputes, including shareholder disputes and breaches of contract. Experience within property litigation would be beneficial, but not essential.

A team player who enjoys building rewarding relationships with both clients and colleagues, you will be self-motivated and commercially aware. You will be keen to:

• broaden and hone your skills and experience;
• take on more responsibility; and
• play a key part in the development of the Department

You will be well-supported. Plenty of client-facing contact is also a given in this role where an ability to give practical, hands-on advice is important.
