Commercial Litigation Solicitor
Location: Swansea and surrounding areas, South Wales
Salary: Up to £45,000 (DOE)
Working Arrangement: Office-Based / Hybrid

About the Role
A new opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with NQ-4 years’ PQE to join a reputable and well-established legal team in Swansea. You will manage a varied caseload and play an integral role in supporting the firm’s litigation offering. This role will involve:

• Handling a broad range of commercial litigation matters including contract disputes, shareholder disagreements, and professional negligence.
• Advising clients across a variety of sectors with commercial and pragmatic legal guidance.
• Drafting and reviewing pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
• Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement discussions.
• Assisting with business development activities and maintaining strong client relationships.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor with 0-4 years’ PQE in Commercial Litigation.
• Have experience running your own caseload or assisting on complex disputes.
• Demonstrate excellent advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills.
• Be commercially aware and client-focused with strong communication skills.
