G2 Legal Limited in Barnsley is seeking a Commercial & Civil Litigation Solicitor to join its Dispute Resolution team. The role suits an NQ to 2 years' PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive looking to broaden experience across commercial and civil disputes.

You will work closely with an experienced Partner, handling a broad range of matters, including contractual disputes, professional negligence and debt recovery, with hybrid and flexible working arrangements to support career progression.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive in England and Wales
• NQ to 2 years' PQE with experience in commercial litigation
• Good knowledge of civil procedure and dispute resolution
• Strong analytical, drafting and negotiation skills
• Confident managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
• Commercially aware with a proactive and solutions focused approach
• Excellent communication and client care skills

Responsibilities

A progressive and growing law firm in Barnsley is looking to recruit a Commercial & Civil Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding Dispute Resolution team.

This is a great opportunity for an NQ to 2 years' PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to build their experience across a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters, working closely with an experienced Partner within the team.
