Realm Recruit is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a growing Dispute Resolution team in the East Midlands. You will manage a varied caseload, work with regional and national firms, and have a clear path toward leadership roles within the firm.

The role offers hybrid working, a supportive culture, and the potential for immediate Directorship or progression to Shareholder as the department expands.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with strong Commercial Litigation experience (E).
• Ability to manage commercial disputes independently (E).
• Confidence handling complex litigation matters (E).
• Strong technical dispute resolution skills (E).
• Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills (E).
• Commercial awareness and organisational ability (E).
• Willingness to contribute to business development (E).
• Collaborative, approachable and service-focused attitude (E).
• Ideally 8+ years' PQE (D).
• Background in a regional or mid-tier commercial practice (D).
• Experience handling high-quality commercial disputes (D).
• Established professional or referral relationships (D).
• Track record of generating work or developing referrals (D).
