Job Description

We are currently seeking a Commercial Lettings Manager to join our busy team in London! We are looking for an ambitious and talented candidate to join our portfolio management team.

Following the expansion of our commercial portfolio, we are recruiting an entrepreneurial Commercial Lettings and Sales Manager focused on delivering high-quality tenants to our northern portfolio. Ideally, successful applicants should have experience in this field and will be responsible for the following:

  1. Liaising with agents and brokers to secure tenants for the company's assets
  2. Providing marketing strategies to increase the exposure of the company's sites
  3. Negotiating new leases and renewals
  4. Gaining experience in multiple asset classes including offices, industrial, retail, and business centres
  5. Having a good understanding and overview of current property market conditions
  6. Proactively networking to increase occupancy throughout the portfolio
  7. Increasing occupancy through referrals and existing client base
  8. Liaising with solicitors through the letting process
  9. Providing market analysis for the asset management team

Commercial Lettings Manager Requirements:
