Job summary

Allica Bank is seeking a Credit Operations Officer in Milton Keynes to ensure the best possible customer experience across our lending products from offer to drawdown.

You will work with Relationship Managers, legal and valuation partners and Underwriting teams to manage a portfolio of cases, drive completions, maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance with speed and precision.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high standard customer experiences in fast-paced environments.
• Background in Commercial Mortgage.
• Understanding of commercial environment and lending pipeline management.
• Good financial and commercial awareness.
• Strong oral and written communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver post-sanction administration for commercial mortgages and other lending (e.g. GGS loans, overdrafts, and business loans) to support fast, high-quality service.
• Satisfy Conditions Precedent to the Loan and drive completions with internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage a pipeline of cases to meet service levels and quality expectations.
• Maintain relationships with legal and valuation panel partners for timely correspondence exchange.
• Build and maintain relationships with Underwriting and Relationship Managers and other internal stakeholders.
• Maintain clear records with a sanction audit trail for MI and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate relevant information to team members, senior management and other interested parties to enable informed decisions.
• Support wider lending teams, including cross-skilling across Asset Finance.
