Allica Bank seeks a Credit Operations Officer to manage post-sanction administration for Commercial Mortgages and other lending products, coordinating with Relationship Managers, legal and valuation panels, and Underwriting to drive timely completions.

You’ll maintain clear records, manage a case pipeline, and ensure adherence to SLAs and policy requirements while delivering high-quality service to customers and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service ethic and a track record of delivering high standards in fast-paced environments.
• Commercial mortgage background with understanding of lending processes.
• Good knowledge of the commercial environment and lending pipeline management.
• Solid financial and commercial awareness relevant to credit operations.
• Understanding of Conduct and Treating Customers Fairly in credit decisions.
• Excellent oral and written communication and strong relationship management skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver post-sanction administration for Commercial Mortgages and other lending products.
• Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive completions.
• Manage a pipeline of cases ensuring SLAs and quality expectations are met.
• Maintain records with clear sanction audit trail for MI and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Support wider lending teams, including cross skilling across Asset Finance.
