Ultimate (Commercial Interiors) Ltd | est. 2002 seeks an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial management of interior fit-out projects, ensuring profitability and protecting the company’s commercial interests.

You will work with Operations, Contracts, Estimating and Finance to manage budgets, valuations, variations and final accounts, guiding decisions for project success. You will strengthen commercial processes, improve reporting and implement best practices to support the next

Formación

• Experience as Commercial Manager, Senior Quantity Surveyor or similar in construction or commercial fit-out.
• Strong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge.
• Experience managing budgets, valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with great attention to detail.
• Ability to influence project teams and support commercial decision-making.
• Experience developing commercial processes and driving continuous improvement.
• Ambition to grow, develop and shape the future of the business.
• A construction-related qualification (HNC, HND or Degree in QS/CM).
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of the commercial management of interior fit-out projects, ensuring profitability while protecting Ultimate's commercial interests.
• Oversee budgets, procurement, valuations, variations, contract administration and final accounts with operations, estimating and finance teams.
• Provide commercial guidance throughout project lifecycles and support informed business decisions.
• Help shape the future of the commercial function and strengthen processes and reporting.
