Job summary

Constructive Moves Ltd. in East London/Essex is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function on top-tier interiors fit-out projects, reporting to the MD.

You will oversee estimating, target costs, forecasts and cash flow, manage valuations and cost reports, attend meetings and drive cost monitoring, and coordinate final accounts with clients and subcontractors to secure timely project approvals.

Qualifications

• Up to 10 years practical experience.
• Experience with a Sub-Contractor and preferably fitting out commercial properties.

Commercial Manager Up to 95,000 plus package

Interiors Fit-out East London / Essex

Our client is a highly successful and progressive Interiors Sub Contractor who specialise in Commercial fit-out projects and they are looking to strengthen their commercial team with a strong Commercial Manager to take the lead in the team. This well-known and well-respected sub-contractor has been established for just over 20 years and is one of the most dynamic contractors specialising in interior sub-contract packages in London and the surrounding counties, with an annual turnover in excess of 25 million. They specialise in ceilings and partitions and associated fit-out packages and have an extensive portfolio of commercial and office works with typical contracts up to 3 million in value. The company is looking for ambitious Commercial Manager to work on prestigious projects in central London. Reporting to the MD, your main role will be to manage the commercial function and them team. Duties will include estimating, developing and reviewing target costs, forecast and cash flow analysis. Duties will include assisting in all aspects of the financial control of the project including valuations, measurements and cost reports, attending meetings and ensuring that adequate cost monitoring and management is undertaken. In addition you will also oversee the production of final accounts with various parties in order to ensure that project approvals and completions can be obtained at the required times.

The salary will be dependant on level of exposure to the industry and can go beyond the stated level above. Bonus and additional benefits also make up the package.
