Job summary

MJ Quinn’s Wireless Infrastructure division is seeking a Commercial Lead to direct the division’s commercial and financial activities. You will report to the Head of Operations and lead the Commercial Team, overseeing P&L, contract governance, revenue assurance and reporting to ensure profitable project delivery across the UK.

The role requires strong leadership, NEC3/NEC4 contract experience and a proven telecoms track record.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in mobile telecommunications / wireless infrastructure.
• Proven leadership of commercial teams and senior commercial roles.
• Experience managing customer and supplier contracts within telecoms or engineering.
• Proven experience administering NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
• Track record with full P&L responsibility, forecasting and budgeting.
• Experience in billing, revenue assurance and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and manage the Wireless Division Commercial Team.
• Establish robust commercial governance, controls and reporting.
• Provide commercial leadership to operations, projects and finance.
• Drive commercial awareness, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Act as primary commercial interface between division and senior management.
• Hold full P&L responsibility for the Wireless Division.
• Analyse performance versus budget and forecast to improve profitability.
• Produce weekly and monthly commercial performance reports.
• Monitor revenue, margin, cash flow and working capital.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning.
