Job summary

Project People in Reading is seeking an Infrastructure Expansion & Commercial Lead to drive network growth, identify new site opportunities and deliver scalable connectivity solutions.

You will lead end-to-end infrastructure development from opportunity to operational readiness, manage commercial risk and build strong relationships with partners and authorities in a hybrid role based in Reading.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of telecoms and network deployments.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and commercial risk.

Responsibilities

• Identify and progress new site opportunities across macro, rooftop and streetworks infrastructure.
• Develop scalable connectivity and shared-infrastructure solutions meeting requirements.
• Lead business cases, negotiate agreements and manage commercial risks.
• Oversee feasibility, planning applications and design development.
• Coordinate acquisition, build and deployment with timelines, budgets and quality.
• Build internal and external relationships, presenting recommendations to partners.
