Job summary

Rainfordberry Recruitment has a client-facing, director-level Head of Commercial role in central London. You will lead a team of Quantity Surveyors, manage client relationships, and oversee pre-construction to delivery on retail and banking refurbishments.

You will be responsible for margin, commercial performance, and reporting, with a strong emphasis on people leadership and delivering high-quality projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Must have strong people management experience leading a commercial team.
• Pre-construction experience is preferred, with a focus on retail and banking refurbishments.
• Excellent client-facing communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
