Job summary

Regen Solutions Ltd in Kent is seeking a Commercial Lead/Quantity Surveyor to head a commercial team on social housing projects. You will manage cost planning, CVRs, procurement, and reporting across multiple work packages.

The role requires strong numerical and analytical skills, contract administration, and coordination between site teams in London and the head office. HNC/HND or BSc qualifications and experience in cladding, facades, EWI and subcontract management are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong construction background with Quantity Surveying qualifications.
• Experience with CVRs, Bills of Quantities, procurement and subcontract management.
• Excellent numerical, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work across site and office environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial aspects of social housing projects, with cost planning and forecasting.
• Produce and maintain CVRs and cost reports.
• Lead procurement, tenders, bid analysis and subcontract appointments.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities and tender documents.
• Oversee subcontractor accounts, payments, variations and final accounts.
• Support valuations and payment applications.
• Coordinate with site teams in Kent/London and head office.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and legislation.
• Monitor project costs versus budget and identify value engineering.
