Cobalt Recruitment is partnering with an ambitious London-based property investment company to appoint a Projects Director (project manager to senior project manager level). You will lead residential refurbishment and conversion projects across London, handling tendering, contractor appointments, refurbishment and handover with a growing pipeline and direct access to directors.

This role offers autonomy to shape delivery, manage budgets, and develop with the business as it scales.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering residential refurbishment projects.
• HMO conversion experience is valuable.
• Strong commercial judgement and contractor management.

Responsabilités

• Own project programmes, budgets and delivery, keeping contractors and consultants focused on agreed outcomes.
• Manage tenders, assess pricing and negotiate commercially sound appointments.
• Oversee refurbishment and fit-out works, ensuring quality, safety and timely completion.
• Coordinate contractors, external project managers and the internal accounts team.
• Identify cost savings and introduce practical improvements to delivery.
